Day 20

Sanded the FB using the radius caul in the clamp. Tweaked the rod just a little to get the neck straight. Continued sanding neck with 180 grit. 

Day 19

Dry clamped the neck into the body and cut the tenon flush to the top. Then spent 3 hours carving the neck. Took a couple dry fit pics. 

Day 18

Orbital sanded the body with 150 grit to remove mill marks and scratches. Routed the pickup pockets and drill for jack. 

Day 17 PM

Filed and sanded the arm contour. 

Day 17 AM

Cut the two degree angle on the body top so the FB is parallel.  Sanded out the mill marks. Cut out top and sub top. Used nails to hold in place during glue up.

Fingerboard side dots. Neck/FB glue up and a big tear out on the body. Had to change the contour to work around the missing chunk. Grrrrr
