Day 15

Cut the end of neck. Set the miter saw to about 1 degree so the cut is perpendicular to the center line. 

Day 14

Trimmed the head plate overhang using router table and flush tril bit. Continued the truss rod channel thru the head plate with saw, chisel & file. 

Day 13

Aaron inlaid my logo on the head plate. 

Used plastic dowels to lineup the 3/8" head plate holes with the 3/8" headstock holes. 

Taped off the nut area and rod slot to keep the glue out.  Plenty of clamps. Removed the plastic dowels once i started the clamps.
